Single Block B2 Pinot Noir

Clyde Park Single Block B2 Pinot Noir is a premium wine, drawn from vines planted in 1995. Block B2 is the heart of Clyde Park: hand pruned, trained and harvested.

Block B2 lies closest to the Moorabool River on an almost flat section of the vineyard. The alluvial soils produce the estate's most delicate expression of Pinot Noir.

This unique parcel of fruit is fermented separately with native yeasts and some whole bunch inclusion. It is hand plunged twice daily. The wine then matures in new and seasoned French oak barrels for 8-12 months.

Bright red, Clyde Park Pinot Noir Block B2 is intensely savoury with an ethereal core of red fruits, silky tannins and a long finish. Cellaring potential is seven years.
